Chaos International Financial Ltd (CIFL), formerly a Hong Kong futures company established on Oct. 29th 1991, was acquired and fully owned by Chaos Ternary Futures Co. Ltd. In Mar. 2016, CIFL was renamed and licensed by SFC for Type 2 regulated activity, offering services of dealing in futures contracts.
